Thank

By completing and submitting the form you agree to the following
terms and conditions of the affiliate program:

All
affiliates with a balance of $50 or more will be sent payment
at the end of each quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September
30th, December 31st). Checks will be mailed out by the 20th
of the month following the close of the quarter.

Payments
will be made in the form of a check payable in U.S. Dollars
via regular postal mail.

At
this time our affiliate program is only open to residents in
the United States and Canada with payment being made in U.S.
Dollars.

All
affiliates are required to follow proper netiquette in their
advertising efforts. This includes not using spamming techniques,
not posting inappropriately on other sites, and any other unfavorable
forms of advertising. Spam will not be tolerated and affiliate
can be removed from the program at the discretion of the program
manager.

Affiliates
may only use the graphics provided by the Virtual Assistant
- The Series affiliate program. Instructions for obtaining graphics
and appropriate links will be provided upon application.

Participation
in this program does not constitute employment status with Another
8 Hours, Ennen's Computer Service, Kelly Poelker, or Diana Ennen
therefore each affiliate is responsible for claiming their own
taxes on the income generated from this affiliate program.

Another
8 Hours, Ennen's Computer Service, Kelly Poelker, or Diana Ennen
do not guarantee any amount of sales to our affiliates as this
will depend greatly upon your own marketing efforts. Participation
is entirely voluntary, no guarantees are expressed or implied
on the part of Another 8 Hours, Kelly Poelker, or Diana Ennen
beyond the stated payment schedule and stated commission amount.
